Booking and Deposit Conditions

The undersigned hereby declares to have read and to fully accept the following conditions regarding the booking of tattoo sessions and the payment of the deposit.

1. DEPOSIT

  • A €50 deposit is required to confirm each session, which is deducted from the final total of the work.
  • A separate deposit is required for each session.

2. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

  • With more than 14 days notice: the deposit is refunded 100% or converted into credit for a new date.
  • With less than 14 days notice: the deposit is non-refundable.

3. FORCE MAJEURE

  • In case of cancellation or rescheduling within 14 days due to a medical certificate or documented bereavement, the deposit is not lost but remains valid as credit for a new agreed booking.

By accepting this form, I confirm that I have read and understood all the conditions above and accept them without reservation.

Before your Session

To best prepare for your tattoo session, keep these tips in mind:

  • Eat well before coming — don't show up on an empty stomach.
  • Stay hydrated in the hours before.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area — shorts for legs, a tank top for shoulders.
  • Do not shave the area yourself: the tattoo artist takes care of the area in the studio.
  • Avoid alcohol and drugs in the 24 hours before.
  • Bring a hoodie or blanket — it can get cold during long sessions.
  • Bring snacks and water for full sessions.
  • Companions are not allowed during the tattoo session.
