The site collects only data voluntarily provided through contact channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, email): name, surname and phone number. Data is used solely to manage appointment requests.
When you book a free consultation through the dedicated page, we collect the data you enter in the form: first name, last name, phone, email, the body area to be tattooed and the description of your idea. This data is processed solely to manage and remind you of the appointment and to let Irene prepare for the meeting. We will send you confirmation and reminder emails; through a personal link contained in the emails you can reschedule or cancel the booking at any time.
Processing is based on explicit consent (Art. 6(a) GDPR). Data is retained for a maximum of 12 months and then deleted. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
Data is not sold or shared with third parties. To manage bookings we rely on providers acting as data processors: Supabase (secure data storage on EU servers), n8n (workflow automation on a European server) and Google (sending confirmation and reminder emails and an internal Google Sheets report). The site also uses Google Fonts and Google Maps for map display; these services may set their own cookies governed by their respective privacy policies.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or object to the processing of your data. Write to irenegipsytattoo@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

The consultation you can book online is free and non-binding and requires no deposit. It can be rescheduled or cancelled freely and at no cost at any time, via the personal link contained in the confirmation and reminder emails. The deposit conditions below apply solely to the subsequent tattoo session.
The price agreed with the tattoo artist constitutes the consideration for the service. Any applicable taxes are indicated on the invoice, issued at the time of payment in accordance with the applicable tax regime.
