The site collects only data voluntarily provided through contact channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, email): name, surname and phone number. Data is used solely to manage appointment requests.

Legal Basis and Retention

Processing is based on explicit consent (Art. 6(a) GDPR). Data is retained for a maximum of 12 months and then deleted. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Third Parties

Data is not sold or shared with third parties. The site uses Google Fonts and Google Maps for map display; these services may set their own cookies governed by their respective privacy policies.

Bookings & Deposits

• Each session requires a €50 deposit to confirm the booking, deducted from the final total.
• Cancellation with more than 14 days' notice: deposit refunded or converted to credit.
• Cancellation with less than 14 days' notice: deposit is non-refundable.
• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All site content (texts, images, design) is the exclusive property of Irene Gipsy Tattoo and is protected by copyright. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
